AWB Charlesworth Solicitors help Belvoir Sales and Lettings open their shiny new doors to the high street

The Belvoir national franchise is widely renowned for its sales and lettings services throughout the UK and over the last few years the market has had no signs of slowing down for them.

Their Otley office was successfully established by Managing Director Glenn Broadwell in 2008, but towards the latter part of 2015 became due for a refurb to keep up to date with an overall Belvoir re-brand. Glenn also recognised that they were outgrowing their Otley premises and made the decision to move the office to Guiseley to better service the volumes of sales and lettings work coming in.

Glenn instructed AWB Charlesworth Solicitors’ Commercial Property Partner James Dunn on 1st December 2015 to oversee the project, enabling a former charity shop to be handed over on 4th January 2016 as a brand new brand of Belvoir – a remarkable timescale with Christmas and New Year falling in the middle!

Glenn Broadwell worked closely with James Dunn on the purchase of the Guiseley office, saying that: “James continually helped me to understand complex areas of lease terminology clearly and concisely throughout the process. He took responsibility for the management of the three parties involved with the lease and ensured that they were dealt with in a professional manner, allowing me to focus my attention on managing the business move.
