Beal to bring over 70 more new homes to Goole in next phase of The Greenways

Beal Homes Construction Director Andy Devine and Sales and Marketing Director Sue Waudby at The Greenways development in Goole. Beal has announced the next phase of the scheme, which will bring over 70 more high-quality new homes to the town.

Beal Homes has announced the next phase of its in-demand The Greenways development, bringing over 70 more high-quality new homes to Goole, East Yorkshire.

Phase three of the development will see 76 homes built, taking the total number of properties delivered so far at The Greenways to 206. The first buyers are expected to move into homes in this latest phase by spring 2023.

When the entire development is complete, The Greenways will feature 800 homes – making it the largest single scheme in Beal’s history.

Beal Construction Director Andy Devine said: “Since saying ‘hello Goole’ at the launch of The Greenways in 2020 we’ve made excellent progress in delivering this game-changing development for the town.

“The pace of construction reflects the exceptionally strong demand we’re continuing to experience for all the house types available at The Greenways.

“It’s also hugely encouraging when you consider this is the single largest development in Beal’s history, as well as a very significant commitment to bringing a high-quality new residential community to one of Yorkshire’s most up and coming towns.”

To date, over 80 buyers have moved in at The Greenways, with a further 25 properties reserved and almost 30 Beal customers due to collect keys to their new home over coming weeks.

The development is supporting the creation of hundreds of new jobs in Goole and the impressive economic growth of the town. Major developments in Goole include a £200m Siemens Mobility manufacturing facility, forming the centrepiece of a new “rail village”, and a worldwide distribution hub for FTSE 100 company Croda.

Sue Waudby, Beal’s Sales and Marketing Director, said: “With so much pent-up demand for The Greenways, we’re delighted to be able to announce the next phase of the development.

“With so much positivity around Goole as an investment location, we expect demand for the next phase of homes to be very high.

“While buyers at The Greenways have so far been mostly from Goole and the surrounding area, we’re also receiving growing numbers of enquiries from people outside the immediate area. This reflects the significant investment in Goole over recent years and the hundreds of high-quality jobs being created in and around the town.

“Goole is ideally located, with excellent road and rail links to places such as Hull, York, Leeds and Doncaster, so it’s attractive to people working across a large area of Yorkshire.”

As well as Beal’s largest single development, The Greenways is the biggest residential development in the Goole area for many years, covering a 73-acre site equivalent to almost 50 football pitches.

In addition to Goole, Beal is currently delivering a series of prestigious developments across East Yorkshire – West Hill II in Kirkella, St Mary’s View in Beverley, Pilgrims Walk in Hessle and Turpin’s Chase in Welton – with Holderness Chase coming soon to Preston.
