Northwest technology firm Lokulus has kicked off 2021 by increasing their team by over 10% in the first quarter and by gaining a “Very Good” rating on the company’s first Best Companies Staff survey as it continues its ambitious growth plan.
Lokulus, who build software that digitalises customers journeys for clients such as Matalan and Leeds Building Society have expanded across their team with new hires in Marketing, Product, Software Engineering and Customer Success.
The recruitment drive supports the business’ growth. Back in March 2020 Lokulus moved into their high specification office space at Glasshouse in Alderley Park, but as the pandemic hit the team were forced to work from home. They are yet to enjoy their new office space but morale has been maintained by Zoom quizzes and challenges such as The virtual Lokulus Games.
Due to an extended period of working from home the business wanted to ensure that the team felt valued, engaged and motivated so they embarked on their first Best Companies survey. Here Lokulus employees could honestly reveal how they feel about their workplace. The results are very encouraging with their first overall score a one star ‘Very Good’.
