Rowan Park, an exclusive development by leading housebuilder Miller Homes, is located just two miles south of Middlesbrough town centre, opposite the mature woodland of the popular Stewart Park off Ladgate Lane.

The sales centre at Rowan Park is open each Thursday – Monday from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
