A new homes team, that is renowned for its high levels of customer service and build quality has sold 88 homes in 87 weeks at The Gables, in Wakefield, making it its fastest selling development to date.

Jenny Morris, Development Sales Manager and award-winning Site Manager Michael Ramsbottom are at The Gables at City Fields, a development by leading housebuilder Miller Homes and the third at the hugely popular City Fields regeneration project in Wakefield.

“This is a phenomenal achievement, and a testament to the types of homes we offer and the fantastic team behind their construction and ongoing customer service,” said Debbie Whittingham, Sales Director, Miller Homes Yorkshire. “City Fields is such a popular place to live and, as build completes at The Gables, the team has already moved onto the next development there, The Woods at City Fields.”

The Woods at City Fields, the housebuilders fourth development on the site, will see a further 128 three-, four- and five-bedroom homes be built, in addition to the 244 that it has already provided – 118 at City Fields, 38 at The Lodge and 88 at The Gables.

“All properties at this development are from our new portfolio of homes, giving house buyers some fantastic styles to choose from that really support our modern lifestyles,” said Debbie. “Whether it’s an extra bedroom, family rooms or work from home spaces, there is plenty of choice for buyers to find a home that suits their needs perfectly.”

The properties are available for purchase from the sales centre at The Gables. The sales centre and show home at The Woods is expected to open in July.

The Woods at City Fields is located on Nellie Spindler Drive, Wakefield, WF1 4GN.

City Fields is a 375-hectare site, situated to the east of the city, is a multi-dimensional regeneration scheme that will see additional construction and development in addition to the homes, which is pivotal to its success. To support the homeowners and communities that are created, other elements such as healthcare, retail, education, and business facilities also form part of the wider project.
