Paul Driver has joined Doncaster based Arquella as Head of Sales. This key hire is a part of an ambitious strategy to capitalise on recent successes and drive growth.
Paul, a single dad to 14 year old Lily is based in Bedford. He has over 20 years’ sales experience most recently 10 years with Aidcall/ LeGrand Care where he was designing and selling critical nurse call systems for care Homes, The NHS and Hospices.
“Arquella is a very forward thinking and capable company which is great to find” said Paul: “A lot of companies decide what they think clients need and then offer their solutions. But, with Arquella they actually ask the customer what they need and build the solution together.
“I believe in this company, what it wants to achieve and how and I am excited to be working with such a great team.
“It was great to hit the ground running and I secured my first sale in week one which is testament to the fantastic products I have to work with. We have so many new options for customers that I am excited to work with the team and see where 2022 takes us.”
