Following the success of the ‘Financial Fitness’ event back in February, chartered financial planner Louise Woollard – and principal of Brighouse-headquartered Louise Woollard Financial – is hosting another workshop for the region’s businesspeople.
Louise will also be joined by Greg Wright – deputy business editor at The Yorkshire Post – strategic corporate finance expert Ian Marwood and Chris Cahill, financial planner and head of private client consultancy at St. James’s Place Wealth Management, to deliver the two-hour session.
The region’s business owners will learn how to make the right steps along their corporate journey, to maximise the value, reputation and legacy of their company – whether they intend to sell in three, thirteen or thirty years.
Topics on the agenda include:

- Insights into the regional economy
- Prospects for Yorkshire and the northern powerhouse over the next five years
- How to build an organisation’s value and preparations to avoid any financial pitfalls
- Life after a business sale – including the monetary challenges and solutions

The breakfast seminar – taking place from 08:00-10:00 on Thursday 26 March 2020 – will be held in the Fantastic Media Suite at the John Smith’s Stadium.
