Huddersfield Chartered Accountancy practice, Sheards Accountancy are to host their first Connection networking event of the year on Thursday 19th March, discussing the topic of business culture and how it can impact business ambition and growth.
Joining Sheards will be guest speaker, Simon Murphy, founder of CultureBlox, who will provide an insight as to what culture means, how it can impact on staff and customers and how powerful it can be when consciously and consistently focused upon. Simon will explain the steps businesses should take to define, measure and build their ideal business culture, as well as how to¬¬¬¬ sustain it in the long term.
Commenting on the event, Kevin Winterburn, director at Sheards Accountancy said; “We are delighted to launch the first of our three Connection events this year. Business culture in particular plays a vital role in the success of a business regardless of the stage in their journey. We’re looking forward to Simon sharing his insights as to how businesses can approach business culture, but more importantly, how they can measure return on investment from it”.
