Newcastle property developer Aykley Group has acquired a 13-acre site in Northumberland as it continues to expand its residential development pipeline across the region.
The land, adjacent to Brocksbushes Farm Shop near Corbridge, has been purchased by the group’s housebuilding business, Pimlico Homes, which plans to convert a collection of former agricultural buildings into five premium homes.
The scheme marks the first stage of a wider vision for the site, with the business also exploring longer-term opportunities for visitor accommodation and wellness facilities that could create a new countryside lifestyle destination.
The acquisition adds to Aykley Group’s growing portfolio of developments as the business continues to invest across the North East through its integrated development, construction and residential businesses.
