iSource Group, the IT, digital and change management recruitment specialist based in Leeds, has announced the promotions of Matt Gaskell and Gareth Hammond to Associate Directors as the business paves the way for future success.
Previously Client Services Manager looking after key client relationships, Matt’s new role will see him leading a team of seven and managing the delivery of candidates into key clients for the company. His focus will be on providing a high level of service at volume across Europe in all areas of IT and IT sales.
Gareth, who has worked at the business for five years, will manage clients, bring in and onboard new accounts and deliver IT roles in senior positions across a range of industries. He will also support the wider team with advice and guidance to progress talent internally.
Matt comments: “There is a culture of trust at iSource and this is amplified by the rewards structure that is in place. Having secured this promotion, I’m busier than ever. When I’m not in client meetings, I’m working closely with the team on live roles. On the operations side of things, I’m making sure we have everything in place to support our clients.
“Growing the team and hiring new consultants is exciting as we continue to work with new clients’ and I would encourage anyone with IT recruitment experience who wants to work in a positive, autonomous environment to get it touch.”
Gareth comments: “I’m really happy with the promotion. I’ve been with the business for five years and have grown so much during that time. Running my own desk and team means that I can continue with my own personal development while also mentoring the younger members of the team.”
