Sheffield Businesses Share Support at Symposium

The Yorkshire Mafia (YM) will once again show its support for businesses in Sheffield when it returns to the city for its first drinks evening of 2018 at Piccolino, Millennium Square on Tuesday 13th February from 6pm to 11pm.

Intending to bring together more businesses than ever before, the group is encouraging delegates to meet, learn and share, whilst using its year-round schedule of activities to expand professional, social and support networks.

Offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, along with a strict no-selling policy, the emphasis remains on the importance of developing trusted contacts that can be called upon to help organisations and individuals to meet with their long-term goals.

Kate Hutchinson, General Manager at The Yorkshire Mafia, comments:
“We’re looking forward to hosting our first Symposium of 2018 and to welcoming back some familiar faces, while we also attract those who have never attended a YM event before. The approach that we use works, so we are encouraging more people from Sheffield to come along and to take advantage.

“We appreciate the new year can be a busy time as people get back into the swing of things after the festive break, but it’s also the perfect opportunity to meet with contacts and to share plans for the next twelve months. The Symposium is a great excuse to get out and about and to start 2018 as you mean to go on.”

Based on the principle that we are stronger together, the YM uses its extensive schedule of events including Buy Yorkshire and Leeds Business Week to support the economic performance of the Yorkshire region and to provide businesses with more opportunity to work together.

With a LinkedIn group of more than 22,000 pre-approved members, the YM provides the perfect platform for brands to showcase their products and services to decision makers. For further details about the sponsorship packages that are available, please contact Kate Hutchinson: [email protected].
