Thirteen Group colleagues from across the business will be out and about in the community engaging with local people as part of National Customer Service Week.
The Thirteen Roadshow will be visiting Stockton, Hartlepool and Middlesbrough and the pop-up stand will give customers the chance to chat about the company, its care and support services and the different training and employment projects it offers.
There will also be giveaways, a prize draw to win shopping vouchers and face-painting (10am – 1pm).
The Roadshow will be at the following locations:
- Wellington Square, Stockton – Wednesday 9th October
- Middleton Grange, Hartlepool – Thursday 10th October
- The Cleveland Centre, Middlesbrough – Friday 11th October
Customers can also enter a Facebook competition throughout the week to win £250 in leisure vouchers.
National Customer Service Week (October 7th – 11th ) is a week-long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.
