The property maintenance and management division of the North East based Fastflow Group has secured a contract with Europe’s largest housing association.
The £1 million deal, with Clarion Housing Association, involves the installation of new doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms and replacement of roofs across 228 properties in Tower Hamlets, London.
DW Support Services – is part of the £140 million a year turnover, Washington based Fastflow Group, an independent provider of essential services to the utilities and property sectors with over 800 people working on sites throughout the UK.
It provides property maintenance, repair and refurbishment services to large scale property owners – particularly housing associations, councils, universities and NHS trusts. Around 200,000 homes are maintained through the speedy completion of over 40,000 repairs a year.

Clarion Housing owns and manages125,000 properties which provide a home to 360,000 people across 170 local authority areas.
