Focus Technology Solutions has been shortlisted for MSP of the Year (under £10m) at the CRN Channel Awards 2026, one of the biggest and most respected awards in the UK IT industry. The business joins a shortlist of leading managed service providers from across the country, with winners announced at a ceremony in London this November.
The CRN Channel Awards are run by CRN UK, part of The Channel Company, and celebrate the best-performing businesses across the UK technology channel. The MSP of the Year (under £10m) category specifically recognises managed service providers that have shown strong growth, genuine client satisfaction, technical excellence and innovation over the past year, judged against other MSPs of a similar size from right across the country.
Winners are announced live at the awards ceremony on 12 November 2026 at Battersea Evolution, London.
Focus Technology Solutions was built on 25 years of lessons about what good IT Support looks like, and what happens when it goes wrong. The company’s chairman spent two decades at a family-owned Cheshire MSP with 25 years of history behind it, before it was bought by a private equity-backed consolidator, and saw first-hand both what good looked like over a quarter of a century, and what can happen to a business’s culture and its clients when outside investment and rapid scale take over. Four members of the current Focus team came from that same company.

Focus Technology Solutions provides Managed IT Support and Cyber security services to small and medium-sized businesses across Merseyside and Lancashire, including Liverpool, Wigan, Knowsley and St Helens, from its Skelmersdale head office. The company is Cyber Essentials Plus certified and Microsoft Certified, supports over 65 businesses, and reports a 98% client satisfaction score with 80% of issues resolved on the first call.
