Work continues apace on a state-of-the-art new £15m care home in Adel, which is now less than three months away from completion.
Build is well underway at New Care’s ‘new generation’ 74 bed care facility, located on Otley Road, with practical completion confirmed for early April.
The external brickwork and roof tiling are complete meaning the building is now watertight, and the team of contractors and tradesmen on site are working hard on the interior to ensure the development remains on schedule and edges closer to completion.
Known as Adel Manor Care Centre, the care facility is the latest for New Care, one of the UK’s fastest growing development-led care home operators and part of the award-winning McGoff Group. It is the first care facility in Yorkshire for the company.
When complete, it will cater for the aspiring needs of residents in Adel and the surrounding area providing the highest standards of person-centred care. The care home will offer exceptional residential, nursing, dementia and respite care services in a safe and comfortable environment.
Each of the well-appointed and restful bedrooms will feature a private en-suite wet room, while the home itself will offer several stylish communal lounges, elegant dining rooms, spa assisted bathrooms, a hair salon and nail bar, plus beautifully landscaped gardens.
The impressive care facility will also provide high end hotel-style services that ensure continued quality of life and enjoyment for residents, including fine dining, concierge services and a busy and varied programme of activities and events.
