Businesses and commercial property agents are being invited to a special behind the scenes look at Centre Square – Middlesbrough’s new showpiece office development.
From 4pm to 7pm on Wednesday 24 July they will be able to meet the developer and architects behind a project which has created a “21st Century Business Destination”.
Work on the two buildings in the first phase of the Centre Square project began 12 months ago and the Grade A offices are nearly ready. They are the only the offices of that standard currently available in Middlesbrough.
The 210,000 sq ft scheme is expected to bring thousands of jobs into the city centre and transform the local economy. It will create the best office accommodation between Leeds and Newcastle.

On 24 July guests will be given building tours and meet the developer and architects, letting agents and representatives of Middlesbrough Council. They will also discover some of the benefits of moving to Centre Square which, in addition to the high quality offices, will have ground floor restaurants and coffee bars. There are other benefits as well, including discount cards for all employees.
