Commercial property consultancy, Naylors, has completed a multi-million-pound office development in Newcastle, doubling the head office footprint of UK financial advice firm, True Potential.
True Potential – which has over 1,100 UK financial advisors – appointed Naylors in 2024 to advise on acquiring additional office space to facilitate rapid company expansion.
Newcastle-based Naylors has since provided pre-acquisition surveys, lease advisory services and project managed the refurbishment of Gateway House – a 22,000 sq. ft. office building at Newburn Riverside Business Park.
Chartered building surveyor and partner Scott Clarke led a 12-month transformation of the purpose-built office which was formerly a multi-tenant property.
Located adjacent to True Potential’s headquarters, Newburn House, the addition of Gateway House has doubled the firm’s total on-site capacity. The expansion signals the firm’s confidence in the future as it invests in its people, infrastructure and regional footprint to support growth.
Naylors appointed Chameleon Business Interiors as the main contractor to deliver the design and fit-out of the building.
The refurbished space features a contemporary interior, including open-plan desk areas, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and modern kitchen facilities.
