Yorkshire Designer’s New Ethical Range For Men Who Tie The Knot

New ethical range of men's wedding accessories created by Jill Eve from Eden Creativity

A Yorkshire designer will launch an ethical range of men’s wedding accessories in September at Huddersfield Town Hall’s wedding fayre.

Jill Eve has designed ties, cufflinks and pocket squares for grooms and groomsmen. And each of them is handsewn from sustainable cotton.

Jill started her artisan business, Eden Creativity, 2 years ago after seeing a gap in the market for stylish and ethical accessories for men.

Now she uses modern and vintage fabrics to create designs in her West Yorkshire studio.

Jill Eve said:

“I’m delighted to add to Huddersfield’s textile heritage. These days men want to show their personality through fashion, just like women. Especially on their wedding day.

“And when your wedding is shared on Instagram, you want the groom, grooms or groomsmen to have the right look. With the colours, styles and fabrics coordinated.

“I only make the designs in small numbers so no one else will wear the same tie. And because of how they’re made, they can be worn long after the wedding day too.”

The wedding fayre takes place at Huddersfield Town Hall on 15th September 2019. Wedding Fayres Yorkshire is the organiser of the event. Event Manager, Ellanna Jennings comments:

“It’s a pleasure to work with Jill because she offers something quite different for brides and grooms. On their special day, they want to create lasting memories and the men’s style is central to that.”

Huddersfield Town Hall also has a special meaning for Jill as she got married there last year.

Eden Creativity works with local tailors to create bespoke ties. It also sells bow ties, cufflinks and gift boxes through local independent shops.
