Early-career sales recruitment and training specialist Furza has strengthened its senior management team with a key appointment to support its continued expansion after a record year.
Claire Coulson has joined from Randstad-owned Pareto as head of delivery and operations, a newly-created role as Furza continues to scale in line with client demand and a broadening of its training provision. Her appointment comes after the company experienced triple-digit revenue growth in 2025.
Furza, which is headquartered in Salford and has an office in London, supports businesses to identify, recruit, train and enable sales talent.
The company manages the full assessment and hiring process for clients and delivers tailored training and development programmes through its academy.
Claire brings eight years’ experience in early-career sales recruitment across the UK and Europe, most recently as national head of graduate management.
Furza chief executive Mark Rothwell said: “As Furza continues to grow, Claire has joined the senior management team to lead the recruitment function, driving delivery to meet increasing requirements in line with client demand and supporting the team to achieve strong results.
“We are incredibly pleased to welcome her to the team. Her extensive experience, expertise and leadership skills strengthen our ability to support clients in attracting and retaining top sales talent.
“Following record growth in 2025, her appointment is a key milestone which reflects the strong momentum of the business, and Claire will play a key role in driving our continued success.
“As we expand our operations and client base, including the recent opening of our London office, Claire will help ensure we remain at the forefront of the sales recruitment industry.”
Claire said: “I’m pleased to join Furza and support its work in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
“I’m looking forward to contributing to the team and developing strategies that deliver tangible results for our clients and candidates as businesses adopt more structured, long-term approaches to early-career sales recruitment.”
During 2025, Furza made a series of new appointments in line with its expansion as it launched an intensive two-week sales course and a suite of tailored modules and programmes for companies and organisations looking to upskill their existing sales teams.
Furza works with clients across sectors including IT, legal, publishing, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. The company, which has its HQ at Bruntwood’s Riverside complex on New Bailey Street, is backed by private equity firm MonacoSol.
