Estate agency group My Property Box has been appointed by Darlington-based housebuilder Bussey & Armstrong to spearhead the promotion and marketing of their new homes.
The partnership will see My Property Box lead marketing at the developer’s award-winning West Park Garden Village in Darlington for the coming years as future phases of the development are delivered.
Bussey & Armstrong, which specialises in delivering high-quality affordable housing, was keen to work with an estate agent able to combine a strong digital reach with in-depth local market knowledge.
With offices in Darlington, Northallerton and Newcastle, My Property Box was selected for its hybrid approach, blending targeted social media campaigns, professional content creation, and on-the-ground expertise to increase buyer engagement.
The appointment revives a relationship that began in 2016, when My Property Box started letting homes at West Park on the developer’s behalf.

Founded in 1902, Bussey & Armstrong has played a significant role in shaping Darlington’s residential landscape, from developing Victorian estates to delivering the sustainability-focused West Park Garden Village. The company has been recognised by the Royal Institute of British Architects through the Hadrian Award Scheme and has received multiple accolades for sustainability and regeneration.
