Otley’s Newall Church Hall and almost an acre of adjoining land, with planning permission for six new homes, is to be auctioned this month with a guide price of £595,000.
The church hall, on Newall Road near the town centre, has consent to be converted into two homes, with a further four houses to be built on the land behind, together with green space and landscaping. Planning permission was secured following a Planning Inspectorate decision earlier this year.
The site will be included in the live stream auction to be held by BTG Eddisons Property Auctions on 29 July.
