A Senior Site Manager working for Bellway’s Manchester division has been rewarded for their dedication to building quality homes for their customers.
Ryan Brunt is currently the senior site manager at Bellway’s Trilogy development in Tyldesley which offers a range of two, three and four bedroom homes. It is the second time he has won this award, having also won both a Quality Award and Seal of Excellence previously.
A total of seven site managers from the division were announced as winners of the National House Building Council’s (NHBC) Pride in the Job Quality Awards.
The awards, which are now in their 45th year, are among the most highly-prized in the housebuilding industry, with only 449 from 7,500 site managers inspected by the NHBC selected for the honour.
Judging for the awards is a rigorous process which encompasses every aspect of a site manager’s responsibilities, including consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise and health and safety. Spot checks are also carried out on the day-to-day running of the site.
The successful site managers will now go on to be judged in the next round of the competition – the Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards – which will be announced in the autumn.

Having won the award previously, this time posed differing challenges to achieve success due to the large numbers of houses we have had to deliver comparably, while remaining true to Bellway’s high standards with our Trilogy team. Of course, I am incredibly proud to have led this and am equally so pleased that we could deliver such outcome for our business. It’s a superb accolade and I’m thrilled to have received another Pride in the Job award.”
