CRT Property Investments Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Coalfields Regeneration Trust, the only organisation dedicated to supporting the 5.7 million people living in former coalmining communities throughout the UK, has appointed Yasmine Lunn as Development Surveyor.
Previously working as a General Practice Surveyor at Bruton Knowles, as well as for Rotherham Council and Avison Young, Yasmine will bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to the investment and development team.
With previous experience covering valuation, CPO, infrastructure, and agency work, at CRT Property Yasmine will be responsible for assessing and bringing forward suitable sites and supporting the acquisition, planning, funding, and development processes.
