Local homebuilder, Barratt Developments Yorkshire West offers support to West and South Yorkshire charities

Local homebuilder, Barratt Developments Yorkshire West is continuing to support the communities in which it builds by inviting registered charities from across West and South Yorkshire to stake a claim for its monthly Community Fund, which has been increased to £1,500.

The Community Fund sees Barratt Developments Yorkshire West support a different charity every month with a donation of up to £1,500 to aid the incredible work being done at a local level by charities with a variety of different causes. Registered charities are invited to email their applications by Friday 9th September for consideration for October, November and December’s Community Fund.

The Barratt Foundation has been established to highlight the work the homebuilder does to support both local and national charities across the UK. The Barratt Foundation aims to promote social inclusion to support people of all ages, religions, race, financial position and background to integrate with and benefit from society. Registered charities across the West and South Yorkshire region are encouraged to apply for a Community Fund donation.

Ian Ruthven, Managing Director of Barratt Developments Yorkshire West commented: “We are delighted to once again be opening nominations for our Community Fund, this time with a larger donation available. The initiative is dedicated to supporting as many registered charities across West and South Yorkshire as possible and we are delighted to have already supported so many deserving organisations. We thoroughly look forward to welcoming more nominations and building relationships with more incredible charities from across the region.”
