New aesthetic laser brand invests £626,000 in Liverpool with opening of second clinic and moves head office to the city

Following its launch in Leeds in February, Élan Laser Clinics which provides personalised aesthetic laser and skin treatments, has made a £626,000 investment in a new clinic in the busy Metquarter Shopping Centre Liverpool, initially creating six jobs. The business has also moved its head office hub to the city, adding more jobs, as it grows its infrastructure and expands across the UK.

Two retail units, comprising 1,760sq ft of space, have undergone an extensive re-fit to create a luxury spa-like environment with five treatment rooms, plus a reception and a retail area. Designed to combine the latest medical grade technology with a luxury spa-like experience, the new clinic offers a range of laser and aesthetic treatments from laser hair removal and tattoo removal to facials, skin rejuvenation, cosmetic injectables, fat freezing and body contouring. It features a choice of state-of-the-art laser devices from leading brands including Candela, HydraFacial, and Sylfirm Radio Frequency Microneedling to name a few.

To some, the clinic simply offers a chance to escape, relax and rejuvenate but for others, Élan provides a life changing service, helping their clients own their own skin health decisions and correct ongoing skin concerns with personalised treatment plans.

The new Élan Laser Clinic in Metquarter is now open and is inviting clients to come along and celebrate at a grand opening event on Thursday 18th August 6pm-8pm.

Clinic manager, Heulwen Mullen, explains: “Liverpool is a vibrant city with a mixed community and we have created an affordable brand that puts high quality aesthetic treatments within most people’s reach, whether as beauty therapies or to treat a wide range of skin conditions.
“We also think that the luxury feel of the Élan brand fits well with the boutique retail experience provided by the Metquarter, allowing clients to have treatments where they live, work and play, but within a discrete shopping centre location.”

Élan Laser Clinics was launched six months ago by industry veteran and founder CEO Anna McCartney who hails from Liverpool. She comments: “As someone who comes from Liverpool, I have the huge advantage of understanding the people here and the city which will help us to deliver an exceptional service to clients. Élan is already making a name for itself as a reputable, modern clinic brand, and we believe that our offering of a wide range of laser, skin treatments and cosmetic injectables using the latest technology, combined with highly skilled therapists and Nurse Prescribers and transparent pricing will prove to be a winning formula.

“I am also pleased to be bringing further jobs and skills to the city, both with the launch of the new clinic and by moving our head office to Liverpool – such a stylish and dynamic city provides a great base as we open more clinics across the UK. ”

Having launched its first clinic in Leeds in The Springs, the company also due to open a third clinic in Hale Barns, Cheshire, in the same month/the following week as it continues its national roll-out.
