Runcorn’s Moore Finance launch new funding business

Runcorn based Moore Finance have announced changes in their business to benefit UK SME’s with access to significant capital funding.

The Commercial Lending division; Moore Business Management was launched in January 2019 in partnership with Southampton based Corporate Asset Solutions. This new partnership enables Moore Finance to support SME’s as a bespoke principal lender in addition to accessing our panel of Finance House partners to provide efficient, cost effective and professional finance solutions.

Nigel Garner, Managing Director commented “the launch of Moore Business Management is a major milestone in our company history. Operating as a Commercial Lender and Lessor puts us in a strong position to offer our clients more financial choice and flexibility to meet their requirements. With a commercial approach to underwriting we can provide funding to a range of businesses from New-Start to Corporates, for asset based and non-asset-based lending.

“2019 has started off strongly for us with 60% increase in funding completions compared to previous periods. This looks to continue, despite the country’s uncertainty with the European Union, as our capital is sourced from a network of hand-picked and trusted UK owner organisations only”

“In addition, our new online portal provides our Vendors and Introducers a secure platform to review agreement histories and upload new proposals. This management tool meets FCA requirements, is GDPR compliant and later in 2019 will be e-signature compatible”

Zac Cogan, Managing Director of CAS, said “After many years of partnering with Moore Finance on various projects, I am delighted to be working closer with Nigel and his Team. Our companies have aligned values and growth plans and this new facet to Moore will allow them to expand its range of facilities to their customers”

Moore Finance has enabled SME’s to lease and buy assets and non-assets for their business growth through secured and unsecured agreements, commercial property and development finance, cashflow and invoice finance.
