Eleven industrial units on Norwood Industrial Estate at Killamarsh, south of Sheffield are to go up for auction this month with a guide price of £950,000.
Derbyshire County Council has appointed SDL Property Auctions, part of Eddisons, to sell the fully-let units, which are on a 1.5 acre site on the industrial estate’s Rotherham Close. They will feature in the firm’s next live streamed property auction on 27 November.
The 11-unit site is made up of two separate buildings housing a range of businesses, including drilling equipment supplier Drillwell and vehicle branding specialist CJ Signs. Close to Sheffield and to junction 31 of the M1, the units generate a £127,000 gross annual income.
