T12 Engineering has entered into a strategic partnership with Priner Serviços Industriais S.A., one of Brazil’s leading industrial and engineering service providers, as part of its ongoing international expansion strategy.
The collaboration brings together T12’s global expertise in engineering and subsea solutions with Priner’s extensive operational presence throughout Brazil. Together, the companies will deliver an integrated portfolio covering the full offshore and onshore lifecycle – from conceptual studies, advanced engineering, and procurement, through to operations, maintenance, commissioning, and decommissioning.
Based in Teesside, Glasgow, and Edinburgh, T12 Engineering will use this partnership to further strengthen its position in one of the world’s most dynamic offshore markets by leveraging Priner’s established relationships with major industry players.
In turn, Priner will gain access to advanced technical expertise and international best practice, enabling it to pursue projects with greater scope and added value, while further enhancing its delivery capacity.
With Brazil ranked as the world’s second-largest subsea market, the collaboration positions both businesses to meet the growing demand for sustainable, high-value solutions that boost the long-term performance of offshore and onshore assets.
The partnership represents a significant milestone in T12 Engineering’s global growth strategy. By combining its technical know-how with Priner’s local market insight and operational capability, the companies have created a powerful platform for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across the region.
Earlier this year, T12 Engineering secured a major three-year framework agreement in Brazil with an independent oil and gas operator, following the successful delivery of equipment to support the late-life extension of subsea assets. The company also recently opened an office in Oslo, marking its entry into Norway’s strategically important energy market.
T12 Engineering operates across a range of sectors, including bridge construction, energy-from-waste, petrochemicals, and asset integrity management. Its core expertise lies in designing and delivering technologies that extend the lifespan of subsea assets and critical infrastructure.
