Another two lawyers join Clarion’s property team

Jacqueline Barr and Megan Curtiss are the latest lawyers to join Clarion’s expanding property practice in Leeds.

Jacqueline joins as an associate after working with Sandersons for the a year in its agriculture and commercial property practice. Since qualifying with Rollits LLP in 2011, she has also gained experience with Langleys LLP, Howes Percival and Birketts LLP.

Clarion also recently appointed Megan Curtiss as a paralegal. She joins from Beaumont Legal where she was a graduate legal assistant having also worked at Lyons Davidson as a paralegal after graduating from University of Hull with LLB in Law.

Martin Grange, partner and head of Clarion’s property practice, commented: “With the market remaining fairly buoyant, we are still seeing our workload increasing and it’s important that we continue to boost the team by bringing young talent on board.

Jacqueline adds: “Having mainly worked in the agricultural property sector, I am excited to move into commercial property and broaden my legal knowledge in all aspects of property transactions.
